We started Jeeps 4 Jesus on February 24, 2023 with the desire to serve God, our community through acts of service. Jeepers throughout our community get together to complete these projects. Throughout the past few years, we have also started two other groups: Jeepers 4 Jesus and Jeep'n 4 Jesus. All three groups serve God and our communities.
We believe that God has laid on our hearts the following four goals:
First goal: To spread God's Word and the life changing message of our Lord and savior Jesus Christ.
- Mark 16:15-16 (NASB) 15 And He said to them, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel to all creation. 16 The one who has believed and has been baptized will be saved; but the one who has not believed will be condemned.
Second goal: As a group of Christians and through Christ's love, do acts of service throughout our community. Prayerfully, eventually, across our country. To help, lift up people and give of our time where ever and however God can use us. To serve where ever God leads us.
- 1 Peter 4:10-11 (NASB) 10 As each one has received a special gift, employ it in serving one another as good stewards of the multifaceted grace of God. 11 Whoever speaks is to do so as one who is speaking actual words of God; whoever serves is to do so as one who is serving by the strength which God supplies; so that in all things God may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom belongs the glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
Third goal: To meet and bring together outher Christian Jeepers together to serve. People who truly love Jesus and have a servants heart. To fellowship together and to do activities together that honor God.
- Philippians 2:1-2 (NASB) 1 Therefore if there is any encouragement in Christ, if any consolation of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any affection and compassion, 2 make my joy complete by being of the same mind, maintaining the same love, united in spirit, intent on one purpose.
Fourth goal: To hold each other accountable through love, prayer and support. To help each other grow in our personal walks with Jesus Christ. To help each other stay the course that God calls and leads us.
- James 5:16 (NASB) 16 Therefore, confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another so that you may be healed. A prayer of a righteous person, when it is brought about, can accomplish much. Bear one another's burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.
